So here I was, slightly nausea after playing L4D2 with an insanely frustrating random team (we had to repeat 8 times the first round) then I thought about this challenge. It has been going around ages now...and I thought it'd be a good way to connect to the blogosphere on one of those many days i can't/refuse to/too lazy to/no mood to/'ve no time to 'properly' blog. I had to google and sift through all the junk! Day 1 - 5 interesting facts about yourself. Day 2- The meaning behind your name. Day 3 - Your nicknames & why you have them. Day 4 - A date you would love to go on. Day 5 - 20 Plans/dreams/goals you have. Day 6 - Share a picture from your day Day 7 - Something you’re looking forward to this year. Day 8 - Nicknames you have & how or why you have them Day 9 - Something you hope to change about yourself and why. Day 10 - A hobby you have. Day 11 - A photo that makes you smile Day 12 - Someone who has made your life worth living. Day 13 - Short term goals for this month and why Day 14 - What is something you crave. Day 15 - Something you regret not having done last year. Day 16 - The meaning behind your Blog name Day 17 - 3 things you are proud of about your personality. Day 18 - A picture of somewhere you’ve been to. Day 19-Why are you doing this 30 day challenge? Day 20 - Discuss some of the things on your bucket list. Day 21 - Favorite super hero and why Day 22 – Someone you see yourself marrying/being with in the future Day 23 - If you had 3 wishes, what would they be. Day 24 - Something you always think “what if…” about Day 25 - Something you’re proud of in the past few days Day 26 – What are your biggest pet peeves? Day 27 - Something you’re currently worrying about. Day 28 - The best things to happen to you this week. Day 29 - 10 ways to win your heart. Day 30 – In the past month, what have you learned. You gotta blog one topic a day (though of course I highly doubt my ability to do so daily!) and try to complete this challenge! HHHHHHHonestly I wonder how far I can go. Do you believe in me? :B Side note- Last night (since it's 5 hours past 12 even though i prefer not to consider it as a new day because i've not slept) is - as I've promised - the last time I go out until Promos ends, which will be 24 days later from now. THE PROSPECT OF ME RETAINING IS REALLY HIGH, NO SHIT. I spent the first few hours out at crowded Comex...-0-...to get the stuff Kor needs and to visit Joev, Des & QL, then I had a good ol' bite. 
I had enough beef to keep me off it for...a week, or more. It was a little overbearing but I still stand by saying that people miss out a lot if they don't eat beef! (1. sorry to pious people who absolutely detests beef and stays away from it 2. sorry to the outraged animal lovers/vegetarians) I love eating criss-cut fries. *new favourite 
It was SAM next (no not samuel chua yi long nor samuel tan qin xiang hehe the only two sams i know) at the Night Fest (which will end soon, so go now while the admissions are free till 2AM!) There were some artworks that were a real eye-opener, and some conventional, classic pieces. My favourite was the reactive wall! 
That one had loads of crowd gathering. It reacts to noise! The exhibition provided two loud hailers and a mic, so you speak/scream/sing through the hailer onto the mic and watch those thingamajigs 'react' to it! I was pretty daring with the things I spoke, people laughed and one girl said "well done" ^-^ *goes to a corner to feel happy about it*
But I do appreciate them art, every stroke the artists makes on every detail of their piece.

There's this other interactive one outside. You speak into the mic and it will warp and change your voice into some alienic, unintelligible one, and the hologram on the walls 'reacts' to it!     
I had a really good time :) Halfway out I was already feeling guilty because I wasn't back home, sittin' on my ass, piling books after books while speed reading notes to save my horrid grades, but then I thought it was useless to worry that way. It's 8 now, and it's probably time for me to take a nap before I head back home later. Stay safe, keep calm! Oh and one last thing- Day 01 : 5 interesting facts about yourself 1. stepping on crunchy leaves gives me a great sense of satisfaction 2. i was the star during sign-language performances along with other members in tzu chi when i was younger :p 3. i've decided the song i'll lose my virginity to is mew - comforting sounds and a song i'll definitely play at my wedding/funeral will be arctic monkeys - a certain romance (no joke) 4. i love cooking eggs and i always try to learn new ways to cook them. 5. i fell in love with the name enex when i was 9 at a birthday party in a bowling alley because of another attendee who had a name similar to that. it stuck ever since. four is my favourite number and ified is just very me.  lindsay's tattoo on her ribcage: Clear as a crystal, sharp as a knife/I feel like I’m in the prime of my life toodlydoo:) |
