I survived the mid-years with horrid marks...well... Terrible for the H2 and relatively well for H1 - which is small comfort because the focus is on your H2.

Wondering each day: what the bloody hell am I doing in JC, a useless route that guarantees me to NO WHERE unless I can secure straight As.

I get a B or a C, or any worse than that, not only do I not get into the faculty/course I desire, I'd either be forced to do something I don't like or I'd have to go private or overseas. That's a sad truth about the Singapore's education system. One reason I wouldn't fancy the meritocracy system: because when you use education as a leveler, the competition in such a small country with such little universities available is going to be doubly high. *shakes head*

About 7 weeks more till my promotional exams. I never thought I'd have to worry too much about getting retained, but seeing where I am right now.......there may well be a chance!

BOOKS AND JC THEY BREAK MY BONES AND PENKNIVES AND BLADES THEY EXCITE ME NANANANANA C'MON.

I will definitely not give up (though I wish I was else where doing something that gives me a more useful cert with a more guaranteed future) and I'll make things work! That's what JC fundamentally requires anyway.

Good luck to all JC kids, expect a more lengthy post when National Day nears and when I have time to properly assess JC life and DISCOURAGE YOU (understandably) PICKY TEENS DECIDING JC/POLY/MI/PI ROUTE!

And not to mention a review of the final movie franchise of Harry Potter - my reason for reading, the one responsible for fueling my passion for english, my- yeah you get me. Did I mention over a thousand photos to update as well?! Well I'll be fucked.
