HELLO!
Just a tomorrow more to go, and I'm completely free of all tests! though not off the hook from several things-to-do in a day :/ I'm still packed from Wed all the way till Fri, and which is what I'm gonna tell you about, and try to make retards jealous.
No offense, lolz.
I'm sure most, or some of you would've at least know or can detect my hated for Boys over Flowers. Need I say more about them? I'm sure you'd have heard and seen the craze all around SG now -_-. Kim bum, or Hyun Jung or something, or kim ho soo..

Actually, I can't really tell you why I hate them so much.
One reason would definitely be because they steal the spotlight away from Twilight, and COVET twilighters into..wtf BOF-ERS! That's just one reason la.
Still, I think I may end up liking it a lot of I watch the show, since I'm a sucker for sweet, cute lovestory, BUT NO I SHAN'T GET MYSELF SUCKED INTO SUCH A VORTEX. Stay. Clear, those UNcoveted people.

I'm going to Macau/Oman, Hong Kong this Friday, all the way till Tuesday morning.
Momo isn't in Singapore, Jie won't be, Papa won't be, it doesn't make sense for me to be alone. That's not the thing for you to be jealous of.
erm, if you're an avid fan, like Desiree, Venetian Hotel is the place where the cast had filmed in.

I won't really bother to search for more pics of the hotel, because I keep hearing people telling me it's a really great hotel, and my father praising it, and saying how expensive it is to stay there per night, so I'm gonna wait till I see it, get a good shock, and bombard my camera with photos.

Hello.
Blogging at 1.52AM currently, while trying to study for Physics. I don't know why, but this week, along with the arrival of the Tie Yi Zhong people, has made my schedule so tight that I've no chance to barely do anything after school, dunno how I'm gonna squeeze in things, but it really makes me feel uncomfortable..like constantly I'm suffocating. can't breathe.
I'm staying over at the TB house for three weeks, because Momo has flown back to Taiwan due to some urgent matters, and Papa wouldn't let me stay at Wdl alone.
I can't blog properly, for three weeks, or, at least, a proper good long post about something I've done. Fug. sorli pplz..
I've not done the competiton entry for SG yet argh.
....I can't even remember what are the tests I have tomorrow keep getting it mixed with Thursday ..what DAY IS IT TODAY OMFG.................

hehe, luckily I had done a tutorial on solving a rubiks cube awhile back, if you remember :) saves the hassle of making the presentation slides.

Yes, better romance for Twilight, NO not in storyline but yes in terms of the originality, in the vampires, cullens, volturi, etc. (i guess), and yes better friends and villian for Harry Potter plus better storyline - a suspense good enough to keep us for 7 books.

I hope her hair grows back long, and she reverts back to her pretty self soon before Eclipse's filming.

HELLO.
I'm finally doing up my NDP Preview post!
Like I had said, I planned to update this on the National Day itself (and so also, to not cause spoilers), but ah well.
Thank you Vivian for the tickets!
We (Shereen and I) were incredibly late, so sorry Ebel for making you wait for so long!
On the MRT, it was quite exciting to see people in red, knowing that they're going for the preview too. It's really nice to see everyone dressing in one colour, and you definitely knowing the reason why they do so. Possibly the same reason why schools standardize uniform.
We stopped off at Raffles, thinking that it would be nearer (which actually wasn't really, we had to walk through loads of places), but it was a good process in doing so. The views were fantabulous, great opportunity to great photos :D
I liked the statues there.
This one, especially, about boys jumping into the river.
It looks really quite real and good, if you see it in a clearer angle, and from a distance with nothing blocking.
This guy has the highlight.
Why?
overexposed lolol. and very small one at that.
Anyway, the journey continues, and so does my camera.
Honestly, couldn't believe how much good spots there were to take some really awesome photos. Really gotta bring those 4 statuesque girls there so I can try out at photographing them 8)

We were there soon, and HAHA, look what we saw across the road!
Tons of people waiting to get to the other side, which we happen, very luckily, to be at already! We were gazing at how the traffic guy tried to stop cars, so as to let these people pass, before we realize that the swarm of them was going to steal seats faster than us.
Kiasu as we are, we walked briskly to the entrance heheh. Got our goodies, and we proceeded up the steps, and having the first glance at the Marina Stadium stage.
There were still seats empty, and we tried to seat nearer to the front. Fortunately, we got a rather good seat, at the end, so we don't have to squeeze in and out or what, and we can have our own space quite comfortably. The outlook looked good.
Proceed to opening the UN-CRUMPLER-ISH goodie bag, and to reveal it's goods!
Cute drum, and a stick hahaha.
We put the tattoos up on ourselves the moment we got it, hehe. No better way to show it than through photos.

It was very bright, our heads being glared at furiously by the Sun. Everyone was opening their umbrellas, and that was another cool thing too, because everyone had different ones!
Some mini clips were shown on the screen, and some were enough to break us into peals of laughter, but was ages, it seemed, before finally the show was going to start.
Words came out of the eye, and it was quite entertaining, seeing how emcees always have to do the job first.
hahaha, it was quite funny. There were other words too, of course. Everyone had already started taking out their flags to wave - the most natural thing to do :) along with the hearts too.
After awhile, the four main emcees finally came out. Mark Lee, Gurmit, Michelle and er one more malay guy whose name I have forgotten. you'd have seen him in okto/kids central last time often.
They tried to make us feel high, by using all sorts of ways to make us do the Marina wave hahahah. Cheerleaders, and our mixed school choir also came out to perform!
After the atmosphere was put right, they started to teach us how to do a particular drum rhythm, which we are supposed to play during the arrival of the MP to 'surprise' them.
There was a drum group, dressed in different coloured uniforms performing down there to guide us along. The mixed school choir also joined along.

hehe, choir people can have a glance at themselves now.
What I didn't like is how little credits the schools' choir got. They could've at least bothered to name out all the schools which participated :[ those NDP people really practiced hard, and it just seemed like the committees put the choirs there because it was necessary, because they needed to, and not because they wanted to. It seemed like they could do without them too.
Poor NDP people, but I hope you guys had a good time there, anyway.
Another cool thing was the people flying down from the sky with their parachute. I dunno for what reason they do that, but yeah they train themselves hard, and they land well.
Moving on, they started to tell us the tale of how Singapore became what is today, through 10 chapters.
After that, the story was told, they moved on to defending Singapore I think, and they started saying about terrorist attacking Singapore (where some NDP people had to pretend dead LOL), and they also showed off their huge tanks and stuffs hahaha.
What impressed me was them actually being resourceful, and using the waters that surrounded the stadium! They showed a 'live catch' on the police chasing after the terrorists.
We people, at the blue sector, had the best view ever muahahah.
They moved on further, now coming to the marching of the contigents (which, sorry, is really boring).
After very long, did we finally come to an end, and also the start of the National Anthem. Everyone rose, and did something we all would've done five times a week during the times we're still studying :)
I noticed too, at the same time, that this girl, who was two rows infront of me, had a very coloured hairbands that fitted her hair well.
Finally after that, they started to speed up to show us how we have pogressed so far. There were loads of oldies one, but my favourite favourite favourite, would be the 80s and how they made Lee Kuan Yew's "never fear" over again, and into a "I like the way you move" song.

After everything was finally over, Shereen, Ebel and me stopped over at pastamania to fill our filled-with-junk-food-for-the-whole-night tummy with a bowl of hot soup ^^.

I'm finally doing up my NDP Preview post!
Like I had said, I planned to update this on the National Day itself (and so also, to not cause spoilers), but ah well.

We (Shereen and I) were incredibly late, so sorry Ebel for making you wait for so long!
On the MRT, it was quite exciting to see people in red, knowing that they're going for the preview too. It's really nice to see everyone dressing in one colour, and you definitely knowing the reason why they do so. Possibly the same reason why schools standardize uniform.
We stopped off at Raffles, thinking that it would be nearer (which actually wasn't really, we had to walk through loads of places), but it was a good process in doing so. The views were fantabulous, great opportunity to great photos :D
I liked the statues there.

It looks really quite real and good, if you see it in a clearer angle, and from a distance with nothing blocking.

We were there soon, and HAHA, look what we saw across the road!
Tons of people waiting to get to the other side, which we happen, very luckily, to be at already! We were gazing at how the traffic guy tried to stop cars, so as to let these people pass, before we realize that the swarm of them was going to steal seats faster than us.
Kiasu as we are, we walked briskly to the entrance heheh. Got our goodies, and we proceeded up the steps, and having the first glance at the Marina Stadium stage.
There were still seats empty, and we tried to seat nearer to the front. Fortunately, we got a rather good seat, at the end, so we don't have to squeeze in and out or what, and we can have our own space quite comfortably. The outlook looked good.
Proceed to opening the UN-CRUMPLER-ISH goodie bag, and to reveal it's goods!

It was very bright, our heads being glared at furiously by the Sun. Everyone was opening their umbrellas, and that was another cool thing too, because everyone had different ones!
Some mini clips were shown on the screen, and some were enough to break us into peals of laughter, but was ages, it seemed, before finally the show was going to start.
Words came out of the eye, and it was quite entertaining, seeing how emcees always have to do the job first.
hahaha, it was quite funny. There were other words too, of course. Everyone had already started taking out their flags to wave - the most natural thing to do :) along with the hearts too.
After awhile, the four main emcees finally came out. Mark Lee, Gurmit, Michelle and er one more malay guy whose name I have forgotten. you'd have seen him in okto/kids central last time often.
They tried to make us feel high, by using all sorts of ways to make us do the Marina wave hahahah. Cheerleaders, and our mixed school choir also came out to perform!
After the atmosphere was put right, they started to teach us how to do a particular drum rhythm, which we are supposed to play during the arrival of the MP to 'surprise' them.
There was a drum group, dressed in different coloured uniforms performing down there to guide us along. The mixed school choir also joined along.

What I didn't like is how little credits the schools' choir got. They could've at least bothered to name out all the schools which participated :[ those NDP people really practiced hard, and it just seemed like the committees put the choirs there because it was necessary, because they needed to, and not because they wanted to. It seemed like they could do without them too.
Poor NDP people, but I hope you guys had a good time there, anyway.

I've A Maths tuition with Jess later, I've not made my poster for Students Conference, I've not touched up on the slides, I've not completed any of chapter 10 work for E Maths, I've not completed any of chapter 13 for A Maths, I've not revised for the Physics test coming up, I've not started on my Chinese compo homework, Chemistry TYS, and I've not started blogging, aaaaaand I have a Saturday spent away on flag day and SL, and the night on school work, and the Sunday to bring Annie around Chinatown. Facing two bastards. TGIF. FML.

I've been messing myself up really bad these days, trying to complete homework ~_~ and I always lose to sleepiness at the end, but anyway,
this isn't what I'm hurrying to blog about.
it's the meteor shower tonight that makes me want to remind you to watch!
It's called the Perseid meteor shower, which only happens once every year at around late July to early August.
Apparently, this summer's meteor summer is one of the best ones in a long time, and also, tonight will be the longest meteor shower too. There can be up to 50 - 100 meteors per hour, more than 1 per minute.
The best place to see the shower is simply just a place where you are able to see the sky at at it's full glory - dark, and shiny at the same time.
I've never seen a shower before, of course, and I'm staying over at TB house just so I can watch it :)
Today's supposed to be a day I could at least rest earlier ... but seeing as circumstances changes, I guess I still end up with the same amount of sleep in the previous days, but ah well it'd be worth it.
In California, the best time to see it would be 1800, which is also 6PM, and converted to Singapore time, it would be 2AM on 13 August, (and I mean that as in 2 hours after 12 on a 12 August).
12 - 2 would be a good time to try and catch the shower, but be mindful, this shower this time around, happens mainly around East Asia, and we're in the Southeast, so chances might be a little low, however, these meteor showers are widely spread, so there is a good chance too for short glances.
Changi, Sembawang Beach, East Coast Park or Serangoon North seems to be the best places to catch this now, especially in Serangoon, as sightings have been confirmed.
Shall go catch it later.
It's 2 minutes before 12 now as I'm typing this, and hehe, now just gotta wait for Jess to be ready and we'll be going to try and catch it.
Shall try and complete my homework now in the mean time, sorry I posted this too late, or not you guys might be able to see it too T~T. Fear not though, honestly this shower is huuuuge, and we might still be able to see it in the night skies for the next few days too, though just not as much, if you look clearly. A man from the forums say this too :)

HELLO.
Finally, I shall post about the physics project Shereen, Vivian, Chian Yin, Vaishu and me have been busying (if you put all the days together) a week of our holidays on.
On our very first meeting, we met up in the MacDonalds near Westmall. Thanks Kor for lending me your laptop hehe.
We tried to go through each of the topics that were listed, and even harder to think of ways to do our project.
Honestly, no avail. The best thing that came out of the meeting was on how we decided with Energy. Other than that, we just got distracted.
After several moments of restlessness did we than decided to close discussing about the project, and walk around in westmall (and eventually leading to Shereen and me playing Guitar Hero XD)
hehehe, job well done.

We met again a few days later at my house, this time without Vaishu or Chian Yin, as they couldn't make it.
It was abit better, we had a model in our mind, and decided to go to Suntec to buy the domino blocks first. Left for home after buying.
Met again, in Jurong Point, without Vaishu, and we discussed one last time for the items that we needed, before setting off to buy them.

Finally, we were ready to start doing our Pythagoras Switch (which Vivian couldn't make it due to OBS), in Chian Yin's house. We met up late, at around 6 - 7.

Couldn't do anything better, and we feel helpless. At our hour of desperation, Spud came to cheer us up.

Vaishu and Shereen had to go, so it was just me and Chian Yin again. We went to Spectrum o.o a dog shop.
It's quite cool there, it's a 24hr shop for pets.
While waiting for her trainer, we had a photoshoot with spud, and a dance session hehe.
Her trainer didn't show up, so we left. I went back to Chian Yin house so I could get my things and go home, and just than, coincidentally, her sister and her boyfriend were going to fly kite at the field near my house!
There was a huge change of plans, and I ended up spending a day with the Gans and Edgar :D
Hahhaah, it was fun, we even played with a frisbee.
It was odd how the day turned out to be o.o but I enjoyed myself very much, thank you Melissa, Brandon, Edgar, and of course Chian Yin 8D
Of course, the Physics Project is still isn't done.

School started, and we're already way late at completing the project! Chin yen was also back, and this time we decided to redo every single thing. Start from scratch, and replan everything.
Told everyone to just bring whatever they think which can help with our project, so we can mass mix and brainstorm.
We started simply with playing around.
The idea came to us sooner than we would have thought, and we begun building it.
That, took hours.
There was still many failures, and we had to keep removing things, and replacing it with a different thing.
The dominoes either kept falling while we were trying to stack it, or the domino don't fall when we are taking the video. It was exasperating.
We grew hungry, and chef Vivian, Shereen and Vaishu cooked pancake for us hahahaha, while me and Chian Yin went to get the instant noodles.
Cooked scrambled eggs, cooked the noodles, and mmmmmm we have a great great lunch :D
We went back to doing our project after that, and another three hours passed.
FINALLY, AS IT WAS NEARING FOUR, WE MANAGED TO GET AN ALMOST PERFECT VIDEO!!!!
you don't know how good it feels like to finally complete the video. everyone was squealing with joy!!!!! :D

Everyone met again after school to go to TB house and this time to complete our five page write up and reflections. (and meet caley too ehehe)
We were done done and done, and the only way to celebrate it was to eat!
Shereen, Vivian and Chian Yin particularly liked eating this ice cream I had. Infact, they finished the whole box LOL
Everyone left after that, and now all there was left to do was to complete the file.
Vivian, Shereen and me met for the last time at Westmall's mac, and we completed filing our whole process once and for all, including the five page write up.
Saw Pebbles and Eliz there too hehe.
Finally finally finally, we are done for good.
It never felt so good to have this large burden lifted off our shoulders.
It was a good experience, but I really hope that I will never have to do this again till only after a very long time ~_~

Finally, I shall post about the physics project Shereen, Vivian, Chian Yin, Vaishu and me have been busying (if you put all the days together) a week of our holidays on.
On our very first meeting, we met up in the MacDonalds near Westmall. Thanks Kor for lending me your laptop hehe.
We tried to go through each of the topics that were listed, and even harder to think of ways to do our project.
Honestly, no avail. The best thing that came out of the meeting was on how we decided with Energy. Other than that, we just got distracted.
After several moments of restlessness did we than decided to close discussing about the project, and walk around in westmall (and eventually leading to Shereen and me playing Guitar Hero XD)
hehehe, job well done.

We met again a few days later at my house, this time without Vaishu or Chian Yin, as they couldn't make it.
It was abit better, we had a model in our mind, and decided to go to Suntec to buy the domino blocks first. Left for home after buying.
Met again, in Jurong Point, without Vaishu, and we discussed one last time for the items that we needed, before setting off to buy them.

Finally, we were ready to start doing our Pythagoras Switch (which Vivian couldn't make it due to OBS), in Chian Yin's house. We met up late, at around 6 - 7.

He likes to bite our stuffs.
We kept building, and rebuilding. It was all very frustrating and funny at the same time, and on one time where everything was smooth, we weren't taking the video and it was also by accident. lol FML.
Finally, we resorted to edit the video, and cut bits, paste bits.
It was horribly done -.-.
Couldn't do anything better, and we feel helpless. At our hour of desperation, Spud came to cheer us up.
LOL Spud likes to fuck non living toys. Damn funny, seeing his small frail body going in and out HAHAHAHHAHAHAA.
Shereen and Vaishu left soon, and I went to eat with Chian Yin :D
I like the way they tell you your order is up.
They use this circular electronic thingy, which vibrates to tell you to go get your food. hehehe, very cool.

We met up again to attempt to do our write up.
Good start, but not done at all. (and we can't hit 5 page!)
We got sidetracked by Spud.

Vaishu and Shereen had to go, so it was just me and Chian Yin again. We went to Spectrum o.o a dog shop.
It's quite cool there, it's a 24hr shop for pets.
While waiting for her trainer, we had a photoshoot with spud, and a dance session hehe.
Her trainer didn't show up, so we left. I went back to Chian Yin house so I could get my things and go home, and just than, coincidentally, her sister and her boyfriend were going to fly kite at the field near my house!
There was a huge change of plans, and I ended up spending a day with the Gans and Edgar :D
Hahhaah, it was fun, we even played with a frisbee.
It was odd how the day turned out to be o.o but I enjoyed myself very much, thank you Melissa, Brandon, Edgar, and of course Chian Yin 8D
Of course, the Physics Project is still isn't done.

School started, and we're already way late at completing the project! Chin yen was also back, and this time we decided to redo every single thing. Start from scratch, and replan everything.
Told everyone to just bring whatever they think which can help with our project, so we can mass mix and brainstorm.
We started simply with playing around.
The idea came to us sooner than we would have thought, and we begun building it.
That, took hours.
There was still many failures, and we had to keep removing things, and replacing it with a different thing.
The dominoes either kept falling while we were trying to stack it, or the domino don't fall when we are taking the video. It was exasperating.
We grew hungry, and chef Vivian, Shereen and Vaishu cooked pancake for us hahahaha, while me and Chian Yin went to get the instant noodles.
Cooked scrambled eggs, cooked the noodles, and mmmmmm we have a great great lunch :D
We went back to doing our project after that, and another three hours passed.
FINALLY, AS IT WAS NEARING FOUR, WE MANAGED TO GET AN ALMOST PERFECT VIDEO!!!!
you don't know how good it feels like to finally complete the video. everyone was squealing with joy!!!!! :D

Everyone met again after school to go to TB house and this time to complete our five page write up and reflections. (and meet caley too ehehe)
We were done done and done, and the only way to celebrate it was to eat!

Hello :)
I'm so sorry I've not been updating.
I got through the test week, I got through those nasty surprise pop quizzes, I got through school, and my reward; a looooooooooong weekend. WOO. HOO.
It's difficult me to post anything, stupid Vista, you can't put anything pirated that does not require you to 'validate' or to 'activate online'. They give you a thirty day period or something to get this settled. Wtf.
This goes the same to my photoshop.
This never happens in XP, and I feel lazy using two coms to edit the pics and stuffs :( but I can't help feeling guilty, and I can't help dying to blog. Idiotic things like Pet Society and sleepiness still overtakes me more, gagaga.
Dunno what to say for the weeks, dunno what to say to the people.
Anyway, I decided to do some stuffs that are necessary, along with my thinking, my actions, and my emotions.
It's been going along well for these few days, and I hope it'll last.
